barns is available for exclusive private hire. The
formal gardens and lake overlook the parkland
setting where the tree lined drive can be seen
meandering up to the property over an 18th Century
stone bridge.
The unique & individual photograph opportunities are
endless around the property, including an Old
Orchard for those more informal shots.
On booking this property you receive the exclusive
use of The East Barn & The West Barn, in addition
The Old Dairy is available for the bride & groom
throughout the day and is often used by the bride
and her bridesmaids for preparation prior to a civil
ceremony in The West Barn.
The West Barn will be licenced for civil
ceremonies and partnerships. The stone flagged floor
and exposed wooden beams make an individual setting
for all sizes of groups, using the viewing gallery
allows a maximum of 150 family & friends to witness
your ceremony. The Juliet balcony also provides the
perfect place for a string quartet to play or for
your photographer to get that perfect shot.
Following the ceremony, doors lead onto the stone
flagged court yard, enabling guests to freely mingle
and enjoy the surroundings.
The East Barn is across the courtyard and is
entered through a large stone archway and entrance
hall, leading to the banqueting hall. The numerous
doorways & windows, some with decorative brick
infills, allow the sunshine to pour into the hall
making it the perfect setting for your wedding
breakfast.
The glass fronted balcony to the bar & lounge allow
you to appreciate this amazing space with its warm
oak flooring and enjoy the twinkling lights on the
wooden beams, a perfect place to soak up the
atmosphere and enjoy a quiet drink with friends and
family.

From the M6 North
1.
Leave at J16 and join the A500 for Stoke-on-Trent.
2.
After approximately 7 miles exit up the ramp onto the
roundabout and leave at the first exit towards Leek on
the A53. 3. Stay on the A53 for approximately 6 miles
and after passing through Endon and leaving the 30 mph
zone, you will pass the petrol filling station and the
Black Horse Public House on the left, and shortly
afterwards on leaving the 40 mph zone, you will see our
main entrance on the left.
