Directions by road
From M6 exit at J20 onto M56 J9, continue on M56 for
17.6 miles. Exit M56 at J15 on to the M53 towards
Chester. After 2 miles, take the first junction
(J12) signposted Chester. Turn right at the
roundabout onto the A56 Chester.
Continue for 2 miles towards city centre over
railway bridge to a roundabout. Turn right onto
A5268 St Oswald’s Way to the next roundabout.
Continue straight over roundabout on A5268
St Martin’s Way. Turn right at the traffic lights
onto the A548 Watergate Street. The Racecourse is
150 yards on the left, just through the arched
bridge.
