Doubletree by Hilton Chester already a popular Wedding venue has recently undergone a £28 million re-development and has completely transformed our 18th Century Manor House to become Chester's newest premier Wedding venue.

Weddings are special and each one unique and our aim at Doubletree by Hilton Chester is to make your fairytale come true. From the moment you arrive in the elegant surroundings of our beautifully landscaped gardens the next chapter of your new life begins. Our Wedding specialist will guide you through your arrangements for your very special day from the moment you enquire. We will discuss mouthwatering ideas for your Wedding Breakfast, assist you in choosing your honeymoon suite, whether you opt for the opulence of our Presidential Suite or the laid back glamour of our deluxe rooms, indeed everything you need to make your special day run smoothly.

We will be delighted to cater for guests who prefer a smaller more intimate celebration, but now with the addition of our magnificent new Ballroom we are able to accommodate up to 250 for your Wedding Breakfast and over 300 guests for your evening party. Your guests can also enjoy their drinks reception in our beautifully restored grade two listed conservatory which overlook the landscaped gardens.

We are able to cater for individual guest requirements however large or small your party.  The stunning Abbey Suite is a converted stable barn with high beamed ceilings, original Cheshire brick and stained glass windows perfect for up to 110 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and 200 for the evening.  The magnificent Ballroom can accommodate up to 220 for your Wedding Breakfast and over 300 guests for your evening party.  When using this suite your guests can also enjoy their drinks reception in our beautifully restored grade two listed conservatory which overlook the landscaped gardens.

We can include Luxury Spa treatments* within your package and we are licensed for Civil Ceremonies.

  • The Orchid Room, our stunning new restaurant situated in the Manor House is truly impressive with contemporary styling in white leather and walnut, plus chocolate browns and exquisite crystal chandeliers and has been described as ‘New York meets Victoriana’.  A cocktail bar leads directly off the Orchid Room where you’ll find intimate seating booths, individual tables and floor to ceiling original bay windows overlooking the front lawn and fountain

All bedrooms have now been completed offering guests a choice from Executive (shower only) or deluxe (bath and shower) rooms.  Guests may also choose to upgrade to one of our brand new Junior Suites or for the ultimate in luxury the Presidential Suite.  We also have six family rooms that are also fully DDA compliant for our guests with special needs.

All rooms are of an exceptional standard and include:

From the M6: exit at Junction 20 onto the M56. Continue along the M56 to Junction 15 then join the M53 motorway. Leave the M53 at Junction 12 and take the third exit to Chester. Doubletree by Hilton Chester is 500 yards along this road on the left, two miles from Chester city centre.
