cake department offers all of the above more. Our service is tailored to your
own personal and individual needs.
Our highly skilled team are
willing, able and delighted to deal with any query from a general telephone call
to arranging appointments to spend as much time as require to discuss your needs
and wishes.
The design of a wedding cake is an
extremely personal choice. On viewing our studio and browsing through albums you
may wish to choose an existing design or mix a few designs together in order to
design a totally bespoke cake. Whatever your choice we are more than happy to
adhere to your wishes.
Today's brides have the choice of a
fabulous array of cakes and fillings. The obvious choice for some is the
traditional fruit cake. On the other hand the happy occasion can be enjoyed with
a popular modern choice of today—the chocolate cake and although wicked it's
sure to impress!!
There is also the choice of plain
sponge or a mixture of fruit and sponge tiers. Alternatively, a polystyrene
layer may by used to grandeur to the cake in the form of extra tiers.
If an international delight is your
choice, tortes soaked in liquors for Italy, or a Croquembouche tower or
profiteroles for France, would be ideal!
