Introduction
Nestling
in the heart of the Dane Valley countryside, our 16th
century inn is a spectacular setting for your wedding.
Our traditionally furnished Lovell suite is surrounded
by gardens and open countryside and In the summer
months, the Lavender & Sunflower Meadow in full bloom.
The Quinta Aboretum & Nature Reserve, accessible to the
side of the inn, has a beautiful lake, an abundance of
trees and greenery, making our wedding parties rather
spoilt for choice with photo opportunities - whatever
the time of year!
St. Peters Church opposite is over 700 years old and
perfect for anyone considering a traditional church
wedding.
We are fully licensed for Civil Weddings. Our Lovell
Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for a traditional
ceremony and wedding breakfast, with up to 200 guests in
the evening.
Alternatively we have ample room for a marquee which is
lovely option, or you may consider a BBQ as something
totally different to the normal wedding breakfast.

accommodation are underway and soon we hope to be able
to offer luxury accommodation but in the meantime we
have an arrangement with a nearby hotel, which is just
over 3 miles away. We can also recommend local B&Bs and
cosy farmhouses.

The Quinta Arboretum & Nature reserve offers 30 acres of
beautiful open space, wooded areas, ponds and lakes for
all the family to enjoy. There are 5,000 species of
trees as well as a variety of wild animals including
Muntjac deer, rare butterflies and scores of hares,
squirrels and rabbits.
We are also within easy reach of Wilmslow, Alderley
Edge, Congleton and Macclesfield, with J18 of the M6
being merely ten minutes away.
